days by express shipping. Usually it takes 3-7 business days by VIP shipping. During peak season
and promotional sale, delivery might take a little longer.

eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,
with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a

The reason this happen is that our earring posts are made from 925 sterling silver material that is
celebrated for its softness and flexibility. This means they can be susceptible to bending when
pressure is applied, such as during delivery. However, please rest assured this is an indication of
poor quality. We choose to use sterling silver precisely because it is skin-friendly and significantly
minimizes the chances of allergic reactions. If you encounter this issue, the posts can usually be
gently bent back into shape due to the metal’s flexibility.

When wearing the jewelry, try to avoid contact with acidic substances such as skincare products,
perfumes, hand sanitizers, etc. Humid environments are also detrimental to jewelry. It is best to
remove them during activities like bathing, exercising, or swimming. Sweat secreted during sleep can
also accelerate the oxidation of jewelry, so remember to take off your jewelry before going to bed.
When store jewelry, remember to first clean it with a clean, soft towel, and then store it in a sealed
bag. If not worn for a long time and left exposed to the air, jewelry can also undergo oxidation on its
surface.
